Personal History

Kristina Larsen has been intimately involved with all aspects of Real Estate for the last 30 years. She purchased her first property in 1978, worked for Lake Realty from 1979 to 1982 and Mainlander Property Management from 1982 to 1984. She started working for Coldwell Banker as a Real Estate Broker in 1984.

In 1990, together with Polly Jones, Kristina was instrumental in establishing and building the Jones & Associates Real Estate Company. After the sale of Jones & Associates to John L. Scott, Kristina worked with Coldwell Banker-Barbara Sue Seal properties from 1992 to 2007, consistently being one of the top producers in her office.

In 2007 Kristina started her own company, Luxury Homes Internationale, and has created a significant brand name associated with the listing and sale of the upper echelon homes in Lake Oswego, Stafford, Dunthorpe, West Linn and the neighboring communities. Kristina's stunning "state of the art" offices situated on Lake Oswego, together with her 12-person Premiere Legend Touring Boat, uniquely situate her to list, show and sell Lake Oswego's premiere water front properties.

The many affluent clients and knowledgeable "high-end builders she has assisted throughout the years have remained loyal to Kristina and continue to be a great source of buyers and properties in her target areas." She has served on the Real Estate Professional Standards Committee for over 22 years and is a highly respected member of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors®.

Kristina has several homes in Oregon, one of which is an 1860 farmhouse on riverfront acreage originally owned by Alexander Pattulo. Mr. Pattullo, as the secretary of the Oregon Iron and Steel Company, expanded and platted what was first Waluga Lake (Waluga was the Clackamas Indian's name for the wild swans), then Sucker Lake. Additionally, Mr. Pattullo was the man responsible on January 10, 1913 to convince the United States Geographic Board to change the name to Oswego Lake.

Kristina has one daughter living in Los Angeles, California working in fashion design.
