Market Report Important Information and Guidelines:

Our Market Reports are updated on the 5th of every month. We are excited about the ability to provide you with this information. Though the Reports themselves are time intensive, we feel this is a valuable tool for the Community. 1. The Dunthorpe Report is the area from Terwilliger Blvd, (S) to Ratcliff(N) to Lewis and Clark and SW Palatine Hill Road to the (W) and Willamette River to the (E).
2. The Lake Oswego Report is for properties listed over $500,000, in the City of Lake Oswego including Lakefront properties, Riverfront properties, Penthouse/Condominiums and properties on one or more Acre.
3. The Lakefront Report is for Oswego Lake only, including Main Lake, Bays, Canals and Penthouse/Condominiums on the Lake.
4. The Penthouse/Condominium Report is for primarily all areas of Portland proper, Lake Oswego and West Linn for Penthouses and Condos over $500,000.
5. The Riverfront Report is for all single family properties along the Willamette River from Newburg to the Columbia River. We did not include Penthouse/Condominiums in this report as these properties will be covered in the Penthouse/Condominium Report.
6. The Stafford Report covers all properties listed over $500,000, in Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tualatin and Wilsonville which are on or over an Acre of Land. We have found over the last 25 years in working with country properties - when an purchaser is only looking for the larger property but not necessarily to have farm animals or raise crops - they are interested in the larger Acre+ properties in these areas though they may not be located in the Stafford Hamlet or Stafford Proper. The boundaries therefore are Lake Oswego to the North, I-5 to the West down to the Willamette River running through Wilsonville - South and the Willamette River to the East.
7. The West Linn Report cover all properties listed in West Linn, listed over $500,000, including Riverfront, Penthouse/Condominiums and properties on one or more Acre.
